About ShoreTel University

Mitel is well known for its ease of use

Our brilliantly simple solution was built from the ground up to be easy to manage and use. That same philosophy applies to our training offerings for our Mitel Partners in the form of Sales and Technical certification programs and product training for their customers. Certification Exams

Mitel's Champion Partner Program is shaped around a straightforward list of sales and technical training requirements. The minimum requirements vary by partner level. Generally, each class requires the successful completion of an online or instructor-monitored exam. We encourage partners to complete their exams as soon as possible after attending a course. Exams are open book and may be taken up to two times after completing a class, thereafter, a class must be repeated to be eligible to re-take an exam (additional fees may apply, pending class delivery method). Re-certifications may require update training to the latest version of shipping product and do require successful passing of a current exam.
